COMMERCIAL TOOL AND DIE

We deciphered our client's sketch, then went to work digitizing the brand burned onto a piece of wood so it could be used as a stencil along with the name of the farm. Those elements were cut from the sheet metal, then it was rolled and welded to create the body of the grill. We used expanded metal for a shelf along the rim and the top which swivels away when wood is put inside. Short legs help keep it balanced and off the ground.
